All About Me

I absolutely LOVE all things education!  With over 14 years of experience, this native Texan has been reaching the hearts of teachers and students with a passion.  I firmly believe that, “Before you Teach, You’ve Got to Reach!”  Building relationships with students is what it takes to make them successful learners in the academic classroom.  Having a connection with students and them knowing that you care makes all the difference in their lives. 

 

I have had the opportunity to teach in some amazing K – 5 Title I schools. I later expanded my career in instructional coaching and mentoring educators.  This opportunity allowed me to indirectly make a positive impact on many children in the entire school through student centered coaching with their teachers.  I continue to learn every day and I encourage others to do the same.

 

I launched my personal brand as an "edurepreneur" in October of 2014 where I maintained a tutorial service in Northwest Arkansas, provided professional development training and educational consulting for educators.  I continue to provide dynamic tutorials for students as well as curriculum products and resources for teachers, schools, districts, and home schools. I also represent an amazing program for classroom management as a national trainer where I am able to participate in growing as a leader and educator in a supportive community.

I am currently an elementary building administrator within my local school district where I serve some of the best students, staff, parents and community members.
