Last month I had the pleasure of attending the AIE Conference in San Antonio. Because I am a native Texan, I was super excited to be traveling to my home state. I had no idea the amount of knowledge that I would gain from my attendance. All of the breakout sessions that were presented were tied to the idea of making our schools better. Our keynote, Liz Dozier from Chicagoland's Fenger High Schools, was extremely motivating. Her positivity and energy was contagious!!! I applaud all of the hard work she and her team back in Chicago have put forth in order to improve education for their students. Take a look at who Principal Liz Dozier is and what she is all about!
I also had the honor of presenting my Reach to Teach for Success session to about 120 educators. Reach to Teach for Success is a 1 and 2 day training that I offer campuses in need of Classroom Management Training for their staff. My breakout session at the AIE Conference featured some of the techniques and strategies that we use with the Time to Teach System. This conference was one of the best that I have attended in a long time. I'm definately looking forward to attending next year's AIE Conference.
